Job Description

Summary

C2ALASKA, LLC

Fort Greely, AK

 

This positin is contingent upon bid award

 

The Project Manager shall manage long-term lodging services on FGA; lodging management services that tracks assignment, financial management, occupancy control, and security control for each facility and room; and maintain, repair and replace furnishings for assigned lodging facilities and manage housekeeping services for lodging facilities; and provide custodial services for military installation facilities that includes the cleaning of floors, windows, fountains, stairways, restrooms and trash removal.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the lodging units to include but not limited to:
    • (a) coordination and disbursement of rent.
    • (b) coordination of tenant approvals through the Ft Greely Site Manager.
    • (c) coordination and execution of cleaning services.
    • (d) coordination of major maintenance activities.
    • (e) Lease management to include reviewing lease with tenants, conducting move-in and departure inspections.
    • (f) Snow removal of 10 feet from office door and provide snow shovels and snow melt for tenants' usage.
    • (g) Monitor and report tenant violations
  • Manage unit access, manage key lock boxes, and maintain supplies for Lodging and Custodial operations
  • Submit work orders as needed for maintenance, coordinate with custodial lead for cleaning, and coordinate new furnishing procurements
  • Maintain a plan for lockout service and provide for control and accountability of keys to lodging units
  • Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
  • Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
  • Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Check equipment to ensure that it is in working order.
  • Instruct staff in work policies and procedures and the use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Manage other direct costs
  • Prepare and submit deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 
  • Five (5) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum five (5) years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
  • Ability to be punctual and possess patience to work under stressful conditions.
  • Ability to fulfill, completely and clearly, the reporting requirements of the contract.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite.
  • Possess written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee may use repeated motions that include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
